Synopsis
Long ago, in the Kingdom of Asterlin, the Trinity of Darkness and The Four Heroes fought against each other in a long battle of forty years; The Trinity sought power and domination, whereas The Heroes sought for salvation and restoration. As the war ended, the Trinity was defeated. The great sages at the time sealed the dark powers as well as the powers of The Heroes separately in order to create balance and unity. The stones came to be as the Emrion and Tamra stones. As the people in the Kingdom of Asterlin lived peacefully, the epic war gradually became no more than a mere folktale. Generations passed, and all things were quiet and serene.
Nearly two hundred years have passed...
It is now the year of the next eclipse. The Trinity has risen once more. Anguished, they are determined to seal the world into absolute darkness. The Emrion stone calls to them as its sealed powers leak slowly, causing illness and death to the citizens of the Kingdom. It is only a matter of time before the Trinity reunites with their ancient powers. History will repeat itself if nothing is done.
You are Lucian, a man of seven teen years. You lost your parents to the illness, now recognized as the Death disease. You are the grandson of one of The Heroes, Daemin. You know that the stories passed down are real; your parents are the guardians of the Tamra stone, which is hidden safely away in your basement. Once you possess it in your hands, you have accepted your destiny.
You will search for your fellow descendants, and together defeat the Trinity and once and for all, deliver peace to the Kingdom of Asterlin for eternity.
